We invite researchers, scholars, and professionals to submit their original work to the 2025 ALBUS Conference, to be held at Universidad Libre in Bogotá, Colombia, on November 3-5, 2026. All submissions will be handled electronically via the conference's CMT Website. By submitting a paper, the authors agree to the policies stipulated on this website.
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
The paper submission deadline is July 31, 2026. Supplementary material can be submitted until September 30, 2026.

The ALBUS template limits extended abstracts to 1500 words, ideal for an Advanced project and useful for receiving feedback before finalization. Please refer to the ALBUS Extended Abstract Template for detailed formatting instructions.
Announce the idea or key result.
The ALBUS template limits abstracts to 200 words and short summaries (maximum 250–300 words) presenting original research or ideas. Abstracts should clearly outline the research question, methodology, key findings, and significance.
Panels should focus on a specific theme or topic relevant to the conference. Each panel session will last 45 minutes and should involve 3-5 panelists, including a chair or moderator. Proposals should include:
Panel Title: A concise and descriptive title.
Abstract: A summary of the panel's theme and objectives (maximum 500 words).
Individual Contributions: A description of each panelist’s contribution (maximum 250 words per panelist) and their topic titles (if applicable).
Panelists’ Information: Names, affiliations, and contact details of all panelists and the moderator.
Panel Format: A brief outline of how the panel will be conducted (e.g., presentations followed by discussion, Q&A session).
1. Account Creation: All authors must have a CMT account (please click on the link to register) and should enter User Information and Conflict Domains on ALBUS2025 Microsoft CMT before creating a new submission or being added as a co-author. Paper submissions will close on July 31, 2026 (23:59 Eastern time).
2. Creating a paper submission: Please read carefully and follow these instructions. Please make sure that your browser has cookies and JavaScript enabled. Please add "email@msr-cmt.org" to your list of safe senders (whitelist) to prevent important email announcements from being blocked by spam filters. The primary author is responsible for all authors on their papers who have registered their institutional conflicts in CMT. DO NOT enter the domain of email providers such as gmail.com. This institutional conflict information, along with prior authorship conflict information, will be used to assign reviewers and area chairs. If a paper is found to have an undeclared or incorrect institutional conflict, the paper may be rejected.
3. Submission preparation checklist for research papers, work in progress, and extended abstracts: As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors who do not adhere to these guidelines.
